Purpose

The firm’s role, when it invests, is to be a partner to the founders doing that building. This website does not describe a process, a promise of help, or a right to capital.

How the firm thinks

Precision over volume. These industries punish casual error: a missed gate, a wrong document, a charge that does not match the tender. The companies worth a conversation can say which workflow they are in, which action their system takes, and which action it must not take. Generic language about artificial intelligence is not a substitute for that sentence.

The firm distinguishes an AI-native operation from software that has acquired an AI feature. The first is designed around the loop of work. The second leaves the person as the integrator. That distinction is the center of the investment thesis.

Why Singapore

Singapore is a trading city. The office is at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, #38-01A, 12 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018982. Being here puts the firm near operators who live in cross-border handovers. It is not a claim of license, market share, or a requirement that a company be incorporated in Singapore. Introductions are welcome from wherever the work is real.

Founders

An introduction should make the operation clear: what the company does, where it is used, how intelligence shows up in the work, and what the founders want from an investor. Logitech Ventures does not publish a timetable for replies and does not take every meeting. Silence is a possible outcome. Founders should not pause their process waiting on this firm.
