Draft for counsel review. Last prepared 2026-10-26. Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and other laws may require changes before this text is treated as the firm’s policy. This page is not legal advice.
Who we are
The site is published for Logitech Ventures, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, #38-01A, 12 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018982. Contact contact@logitechventures.com for privacy questions, including a request to access or delete an introduction you sent through the form.
What the form collects
The founder introduction form asks for your name, email, company, website, headquarters, industry, stage, a description of the company, how the company uses AI, fundraising status, an optional pitch-deck URL, and your consent to store the introduction. The server also receives technical data needed to receive the request, such as the time and, transiently, a network address used for rate limiting. Network addresses are not written into the stored introduction.
Why it is collected
Introductions are collected so the firm can decide whether to respond. That is the purpose. Sending a form does not create an investment relationship, a file on an investor, or a promise of confidentiality beyond ordinary care. Do not include information you are not prepared for the firm to read and retain for that review.
Where it goes
If email delivery is configured, the introduction is sent to the firm’s contact address through an email provider (Resend, unless the owner selects another). Copies may also be stored on the server that receives the form. On a local or misconfigured deployment, storage may be a file on that machine rather than an email. The owner must set the provider and the retention period. This draft does not invent a retention schedule. Counsel should set one. Until then, the firm should keep introductions only as long as needed to evaluate them and to keep a limited record of what was received.
Analytics
The site loads no analytics script unless the owner sets an environment variable. Plausible, if enabled, is intended as a cookieless measurement of page views and a small set of events: founder calls to action, portfolio clicks, thesis clicks, essay clicks, email clicks, and successful form submissions. Google Analytics, if enabled, uses a measurement ID the owner supplies and an anonymized-IP flag. It should not be enabled until counsel decides whether a consent notice is required. No tracking ID is shipped in the code.
Cookies
The site itself does not set a marketing cookie. If a third-party analytics tool sets a cookie once the owner enables it, that fact must be added here before the tool is turned on.
Sharing
The firm does not sell personal information. An introduction may be seen by people at the firm who review companies, and by the email or hosting providers used to receive it. Portfolio company websites linked from this site are operated by those companies and have their own practices.
International access
Hosting and email providers may process data outside Singapore. Counsel should confirm that the chosen providers and contracts are acceptable before production email is enabled.
Security
The form is validated, rate limited, and checked for a same-origin submission and a hidden field used to catch automated posts. These are ordinary controls, not a guarantee against misuse.
Children
The site is not directed at children, and the firm does not seek introductions from minors.
Changes
When counsel approves a final policy, this page should be replaced and the date updated. The draft status will be removed only at that point.
